The Standard Health and Wellness Evaluation includes the following:

  • Comprehensive blood testing including:
    • Determination of blood type
    • Full testing of cardiac risk factors
    • Age and gender-specific hormone evaluation
    • Comprehensive chemistry panel
    • Complete blood count
    • 2-hour glucose-insulin tolerance test
  • Blood Cancer Screen
  • Stool microbiology testing
  • Vitamin D testing
  • Osteoporosis screening (NTX test)
  • Urinalysis
  • Body Fat and caloric needs analysis
  • “H Scan” determination of biological age
  • Comprehensive cardiovascular analyses including
    • Cardiovision measurement of arterial stiffness
    • Graded exercise treadmill test
  • Mineral and heavy metal testing
  • Brain and nervous system analysis including neurotransmitters and tests of adrenal health
Professional evaluations by Grossman Wellness Center staff members including:
  • A thorough medical history and physical examination and evaluation of prior medical records
  • Evaluation of nutritional status and initial recommendations for a personalized diet and nutritional supplement plan
  • Instruction in “thought field therapy,” a simple method you will learn quickly that you will take home with you to reduce stress and bring about positive changes in your life (weight loss, food addictions, bad habits, negative emotions, etc.)
  • A physical evaluation and training session with a personal trainer
  • After all tests are reported back to the clinic, a wellness report will be prepared for you and discussed with you either in person or via telephone. Further refinements in your personal health program will be made based on the results of these tests.
