RETURNS
Grossman Wellness Center will accept returned products provided they are unopened and are in re-salable condition. Returned orders will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee, shipping cost, plus a 15% restocking fee. The products must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Call 303-233-4247 for product return authorization.
REFUSALS
If you refuse an item that is delivered it will be returned to our distributor/ manufacturer/ or us if the return label has our address. Refused orders will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee, shipping cost, plus a 15% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the expense and added risk of international shipments we do not take international orders. We do not accept credit cards with an international billing address.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
Grossman Wellness Center does not ship to Postal Box (PO, APO, FPO) addresses. Delivery is currently only available to street addresses located in the Continental United States.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, browser agent, operating system, whether the consumer has visited our site before, but not the customer’s e-mail address.
We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, as well as information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is only used to improve the content of our Web page and to notify consumers about special events and promotions. We do not sell consumer information to outside companies.

HOW TO CHECK THE ACCURACY OF OUR RECORDS
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Upon request we offer visitors the opportunity to have inaccuracies corrected in their contact information, financial information, and transaction information. Consumers can have this information corrected by by e-mailing us, writing us, or visit our contact page.
OUR SECURITY PRACTICES
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors on those web pages. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
