The Grossman Wellness Center is pleased to offer three levels of health evaluations to meet the needs of our patients. These comprehensive Longevity Exams - Executive Physicals are designed to enable you to learn the steps you need to take in order to regain lost health or to maintain your current health with a view to making every day of your life one in which you are able to enjoy optimal wellness at all times.

After concluding your Longevity Exam/Executive Physical, you will receive recommendations based on the latest scientific evidence to guide you in living a vital lifestyle which leads to optimal health. Every health evaluation at The Grossman Wellness Center provides you with educational opportunities to achieve optimal mind and body wellness.

Our Half-Day Program offers basic testing and is designed for the person who wants essential information about health status as well as key lifestyle recommendations. The One Day Program offers a more comprehensive evaluation, with only a one day time commitment. Our premiere and most popular program is the Comprehensive Two Day Program. The Two Day Program is specifically designed to provide you with the most comprehensive compilation and personalized analysis of medical data about yourself available anywhere, and includes an extensive battery of consultations with a wide variety of health professionals.

After completing your Longevity Exam/ Executive Physical, you will receive a complete, color-coded summary report with lab test results and interpretations of all pertinent findings. Additionally, the report will contain individualized recommendations based on the results of your tests for specific lifestyle modifications.

These recommendations will include a diet and exercise program, a tailored program of nutritional supplementation and recommendations for bio-identical hormone replacement and prescription medications (if indicated). All results will be discussed with you during a follow up appointment, which is included at no additional cost for One and Two Day Program participants.
