Terry Grossman, M.D.
Dr. Grossman is the founder and medical director of the Grossman Wellness Center, one of the leading preventative medicine centers in the world. Dr Grossman is a member of the The American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is also a member of and board certified by the American Holistic Medical Associate, is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Heavy Metal Toxicology and a member of The American Academy for Advancement of Medicine and The American Aging Association.
Dr. Grossman has written numerous articles for health-related magazines and peer-reviewed journals as well as two books, “The Baby Boomers’ Guide to Living Forever” (published in 2000), and, in association with world-renowned inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil, “Fantastic Voyage: How to Live Long Enough to Live Forever” (published in 2004).
He is a frequently requested lecturer in the US and internationally on topics ranging from complementary medicine to wellness strategies based on state-of-the-art medical testing.
Michael Catalano, M.D.
Dr. Catalano graduated from Yale Medical School and is trained in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, Weight Management, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Stress Management, Guided Imagery, Body Talk and Life Coaching. He has published 38 articles in medical and scientific journals and spent 9 years as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry.
He now coaches individuals, couples and groups in the areas of personal fulfillment, relationships and life work and works with organizations and corporations on communication, creativity and productivity. Dr. Catalano has taken both the basic and advanced Defeat Autism Now! practitioner training. Dr Catalano joined our staff in 2005
Karen Kurtak, L.Ac. Dipl.Ac.
Karen is licensed in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and was trained in the U.S. by M.D.’s from China. She also has a B.A. in Environmental Biology, with an emphasis in biochemistry.
Karen is an excellent herbalist and was invited to be a guest lecturer on “Combining Herbs with Modern Medicine” in Tokyo, Japan.
Karen treats all conditions and specializes in Women’s Health, Smoking Cessation and Acne. Karen joined the team in 1998. Karen is a nutrition expert for the Executive Physical Longevity program.
Velina Lujan, MA, CMT
Certified Holisitic Stress Manager
Velina specializes in High Stress, High Profile Professionals such as Attorney’s and CEO’s. As a former social worker and CEO of a Wellness Center in Boulder, Velina has a deep understanding of the stressors that High Profile Professionals are challenged with on a daily basis. She has helped many to find more Energy, Vitality, Clarity regarding the root of the Challenges, and resources for Resolution.

Lolita Hanks – RN, FNP
Lolita Hanks is a Denver native, a licensed registered nurse and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Lolita has worked in various healthcare environments in Denver including home health care, long term care, hospice, hospital, and correctional healthcare.
After years in conventional medicine, Lolita started to evaluate other means of healing for the patients she was treating, and found that alternative medicine offers methods that get at the root cause of symptoms and do not harm the patient. She enjoys teaching nutrition, lifestyle changes and providing encouragement. She also assists women with bio-identical hormone replacement.
Paula Quezada Medical Aesthetician
Paula joined Dr Grossman in 1997 as a Medical Assistant. In 2005 she returned to school to complete her Medical Aesthetician training and licensure.
Currently, she coordinates Executive Physicals by performing blood draws, administering tests, and is our Skin Care Consultant providing microderm abrasions, facials, and other therapies.
Paula and The Grossman Wellness Center believe that having healthy skin is a vital part of any health and wellness program by preventing/reversing sun-damage, wrinkles, and “old” looking skin.
